This gathering creates space to slow down and work with simple practices that support the body through seasonal change. As we move into fall, the shift toward cooler, drier air can influence how we feel and function. This session is designed to gently awaken energy while cultivating warmth, stability, and balance through movement, breath, and plants.
What this workshop includes:
• Seated, grounding movement
• Breath practices to awaken, balance, and steady the system
• Body tapping to support circulation and awareness of energy in the body
• Seasonal herbal wisdom and tea tasting
Tea will be prepared using a range of traditional methods, featuring herbs that support the body this time of year.
No prior experience with yoga or herbalism is needed Come as you are.
