Simmered tea is the best extraction method for seeds, barks and roots. Slowly bring 32 ounces of water to a boil, then add herbs and stir. Turn down heat and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Strain, mix with 1 cup or more of your favorite milk, warm and sweeten to taste. We recommend using raw sugar, and don’t be shy!
Makes one batch, approximately 4 cups. Share with friends, or prepare and store to drink cold or reheat later.
