This gathering offers a supportive space to pause and explore simple practices that help the body adjust during times of change. These practices are oriented toward the spring season, a time of gradual transition and awakening.

Gentle seated movement
Invigorating breathwork
Body tapping to awaken energy and circulation
Seasonal herbal wisdom + tea tasting
Tea will be prepared using a range of traditional methods, featuring herbs that support the body during this time of year.
No prior experience with yoga or herbalism is needed. Come as you are.
